MONDIA-instant ginger tea

Thai Hom Mali Ricecake

Ingredients:

 

1.

Thai Hom Mali Rice

4 cups

2.

Water

5 ½ cups

3.

Yogurt

60 grams

4.

Salted butter

200 grams

HOW TO COOK:

  1. Wash rice and strained.
  2. Bring water up to boil and mix yogurt.
  3. Mix rice into yogurt and salted butter.
  4. Simmer till water almost all evaporated, notice the rim of rice around the pot starts to turn brown.
  5. Use the blunt end of the spoon to poke 8 to 10 holes, close the lid.
  6. Continue the process for another 10 minutes with medium high, heat till the bottom and the rim turn dark brown.

Bring down the heat to low till and continue for another 1½ hrs
