Salmon Mini Quiches with Thai Hom Mali

HOW TO COOK:
1. Pre heat oven to 180 Celsius
2. Boil rice with water for 15 minutes, strained and bring up to low heat for another 5 minutes, take off from the heat and let cool.
3. Press rice into small pie pan at the bottom and the side of the pan
4. Put cheddar cheese (2-3 pcs) into the pan and prepared salmon fillets on top of the cheese.
5. Mix beaten egg yolk, flour, cream, milk, salt and pepper well and pour into the pan.
6. Layer on top with grated cheddar cheese and bake for 25 minutes. Served 4 to 6.
