Thai Hom Mali Soup

HOW TO COOK:
1. Washed chicken and put in pot together with onion and salt, bring to boil and simmer for 45 minutes.
2. Take the pot from the heater, separated chicken and onion.
3. Put rice into the stock and cook till the rice is soft, and then bring down the heat to low.
4. Beat the eggs well and mix lemon juice into the eggs.
5. Slowly pour chicken stock into the eggs while lightly stir the egg, pour the eggs into the pot and stir,
6. Mix ingredients in #5 into the #3 and stir thoroughly.
7 Immediately serve with parsley decoration.
